Our priority throughout this rapidly evolving situation is to care for and protect the well-being of our team members, dealership staff and customers.

Our Safety First program is comprised of preventative health and safety protocols for our Automotive Field teams to keep everyone safe. We are committed to supporting our automotive partners and help them deliver the very best service to their customers, every day.

Safety Protocol

Team Members will always be mindful of a given dealership’s “house rules”, follow COVID-19 rules and regulations set by local municipalities and ensure to come equipped with their sanitation kits prior to each visit.

Wearing masks and gloves during dealership visits

Disinfecting any keys or vehicles touched

Keeping distance of at least 2 metres (6 feet) when speaking to staff

Carrying sanitation kits including hand sanitizer and bags to dispose of any personal garbage

Wiping down and sanitizing any showroom surfaces touched

Staying informed
