Most new vehicles are factory activated, which means they will arrive on your lot fully functional. The Demo Service will automatically convert to a consumer account with a trial via the Retail Delivery Record process. If a vehicle radio is not active, use the Dealer App to resend the radio signal.
Refresh the radio 48 hours after the vehicle is placed into inventory, or any time prior to delivery. The Demo Service will transition seamlessly into the 3-month Platinum Trial Subscription, which will automatically start after a sold record is received. To refresh the radio signal, use the Dealer App.

For the optimum SiriusXM trial experience, follow these quick steps for new customer delivery:

Make sure SiriusXM is ON. Having trouble? Use the Dealer App to resend signal.
Preset Channels
Offer that extra level of personalization by presetting your customers’ channels before delivery.
Demonstrate SiriusXM
Ensure customers are comfortable with the functionality of SiriusXM.
Provide a Channel Guide
Provide a channel guide to help customers navigate the 425+ channels and fully enjoy the SiriusXM experience.
SiriusXM Streaming
Remind customers that they can listen beyond the car — SiriusXM streaming is included in their trial. Details on streaming registration will be included in their welcome communications.
